Yes, we can prepare a doorware schedule off your building plan for you. After you send us your plans, at minimum it will take 24 hours to complete. For more detailed information see Doorware Scheduling, call +613 9300 8888 or email us you plan to estimating@designerdoorware.com.

For file attachments over 10MB in size, please use a large file transfer services such as Aconex or We transfer (no sign up required).

Email your plans to estimating@designerdoorware.com with the project name, site address, and any key requirements (fire rating, access control, keying, preferred hardware style, and finishes).

If your files are larger than 10MB, please send them via a file transfer link such as Aconex or We Transfer and include the download link in your email.

Yes. Email remains the fastest and most reliable way to submit plans, particularly for larger plan sets and multi-file packages.

At this stage, plans are not uploaded directly through the website. Please submit files by email at estimating@designerdoorware.com, or use a file transfer service for large attachments, and email us the link.

If your project is managed in Aconex, you can also invite Designer Doorware to the workspace, and we’ll advise the correct recipient for document transmittals.

Turnaround depends on project type. Small projects — single dwellings and boutique residential — take up to 5 business days.

Large projects like multi-residential, commercial, and hospitality builds take up to 10 business days.

Custom manufacturing for bespoke or complex hardware takes up to 20 days, extending to 8 weeks for complex or high-volume orders.

Doorware scheduling is a complimentary service to our customers.
